Case Study

Last year, I felt like someone had taken my soul and placed it in another person’s body—exhaustion and fatigue, high anxiety and panic, feeling scattered, lack of focus, forgetfulness, and getting easily upset/flustered. This was not me. I learned about adrenal fatigue from Caroline! My symptoms literally checked every box. After starting Caroline's protocol I was a new person—it was magical! This is the only body I am ever going to have, and what I do to take care of it, will impact me for years to come. I am worthing of investing in myself!

There was a time in my life where I bought into the hustle, thinking that one more ‘Yes’ would bring success and contentment! Now? I live for margin, quiet and intention; for my sweet daughter’s laugh and a sunshine filled day. I want to encourage you that you don’t have to ‘do all the things’ to be healthy or happy.
