Continue to Part 2
Do you need caffeine in the morning just to show up to life? Are you reaching for coffee and a sweet treat around 3pm every afternoon? Are you dealing with allergies or food sensitivities? Sugar cravings got a tight hold on you?
Missing that energetic version of yourself more and more these days?!
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be dealing with adrenal fatigue—chances are if you are a busy person living in this modern world, you might have weakened adrenals.
This week’s podcast episode is all about a super hot topic…adrenal fatigue! We’ve broken this meaty topic up into a two part series so that we could dig a little deeper into this syndrome that so many are dealing with, but not many people are aware of.
In Part 1, we are talking all about the adrenal glands—what they are, why having healthy adrenals is insanely important for a healthy and balanced life and why so many people are dealing with adrenal fatigue today. It’s important to know and understand the signs and symptoms so you can start taking action in your own life so you can thrive (rather than just survive).
Next week, in Part 2, we’ll dive into what to do if you suspect you’re dealing with adrenal fatigue and how to take action in your own life plus lots of simple and natural ways to snuggle on those precious little glands.
Because adrenal fatigue is something that looks so different for everyone and bio-individuality plays a huge role in how you approach supporting your health, we are offering 15% off any of our Wellness Packages or consultations to those listeners who want to dig a little deeper and work with us one-on-one. We would absolutely love to support you on your health journey!

I think this was the episode where Caroline said she uninstalled the Facebook app from her phone! I love this, in fact last December I deactivated my account entirely (as a social experiment). It’s been almost one year, FB free, and I don’t really feel like I am missing out on too much! I highly suggest this around this time of year, when being present with friends and family is most cherished and important! This isn’t to say maybe one day I’ll open it back up, but right now…ignorance is bliss 🙂
ah I totally don’t feel like I am missing out! I feel like I actually connect more with the people I really care about now that I removed it from my phone 🙂
Hi there you talked about a couple of vitamins
Can you please list them for us? I think one was magnesium with b-6? Rons?
Thank u
