Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis tells us how minerals and nutrients are actually being used by the body and cells efficiently. Minerals work together and need to be balanced in relation to each other.
Blood work could show us that “everything is in range” but HTMA could reveal “oh that’s the reason for your symptoms”.

This is where we get to play detective together. I’ll ask extensive, yet intentional, questions to get to know you better. That event last year, or last decade, matters. What is the root cause of your symptoms? What holistic therapies and nutrients will help shift your symptoms and start the healing process? After our consultation together, I’ll gather my notes, open my books again and get to work crafting a plan for you.
The discovery process starts with a bit of work on your end—you’ll answer an in-depth questionnaire and then I’ll do a deep dive into what’s going on with you specifically. I’ll research (yes I pull out my books) and prepare for our time together.

Find moments, foods and activities that bring you joy - joy increases feel good hormones like oxytocin which automatically decrease or calm cortisol. Something is always better than nothing - once you get into the rhythm of eating food and get your energy back (which will happen), you may find yourself loving the process of nourishing your body again.
