Being open and honest with what life really looks like can be tough, but what we’ve begun to realize is that living intentionally and sharing what’s really going on behind the Instagram photos can be an incredible way to connect and even encourage others who may be experiencing some of the same life lessons.
We each share 5 recent life lessons, some have to do with nutrition, stress and emotional health and of course how to experience more joy in your life. Because we do love us some joy!
