Manuka Honey Mint Lemonade
Feel free to get creative, mixing in fresh or frozen mangos, peaches or strawberries! During my third trimester of pregnancy, I have been adding iced raspberry leaf tea. Use this as a template—your flavor options are endless.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Mānuka honey
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- ice
- sparkling or still water
Directions
- Add the lemon juice, honey, boiling water and mint to a glass jar.
- Stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add 3 tablespoons of lemonade concentrate to a glass.
- Top with sparkling or still water to taste.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and slice of lemon.
- Sip + enjoy.
- Store remaining honey mint lemonade concentrate in the refrigerator.
