“Mama I need my nighttime juice.” Every evening after dinner and baths, my sweet little ones gather around the kitchen asking for their ‘nighttime juice.’ It’s a rhythm we all cherish!
Tart cherry juice boosts natural melatonin production, it won’t make you fall asleep but it will help shift your body into deep, restorative sleep when it’s time for sleep.
