First: what are some symptoms of adrenal fatigue?
- Low energy….it seems like no amount of caffeine will help
- Difficulty going to sleep at night, tendency to be a “night owl”
- Exhausted and barely able to get out of bed in the morning.
- Feeling overwhelmed or anxious
- Brain fog, confusion or forgetfulness
- Craving salty foods, coffee, sweets, carbs or alcohol
- Clenching jaw/teeth
- Difficulty loosing weight/unexplained weight gain
And the list goes on and on…
