I am sitting in our hotel room and watching the Hawaii sun rise one last time before hopping on a plane—yes, traveling with a dog, 4 months of suitcases, computer and camera bags oh my!

Last week after moving, my husband treated us to a massage—can we just talk about the most glorious 60 minutes ever! Ah that is one of our favorite ways to relax and SO worth it!

Moving is a lot of work, but I have just been reminding myself to take one step at a time and it all always gets done!  I also am deeply reminding of the power of “treating your self!” So today, I thought I would share my 3 favorite do it at home, ways to treat your self! I promise you will feel so refreshed!

1.) Primally Pure Flower Bath

Not only do these bath salts smell like pure delight, but you will feel so relaxed and refreshed after a long, steaming bath soak!

Epsom salts help relax your muscles and rid the body of unwanted toxins and the combination of dried rose petals, lavender oil and geranium oil help refresh the skin!

Shop HERE!

2.) Dry Brushing

Dry brushing invigorates your lymphatic system, relieves stress, stimulates energy both physically and mentally by getting the lymph and blood flowing and can even help with your digestive system!  I try to remember to do it once a day over my arms (working upward towards the heart) for a simply, do it yourself, spa treatment!

Find my favorite dry brush HERE!

3.) Beautycounter’s Charcoal Mask

I absolutely love this mask, and my skin loves it back as activated charcoal pulls out the junk in your skin and helps balance impurities! Your skin will just glow and feel so refreshed!

You can read more about my thoughts on the benefits of activated charcoal HERE or why I switched to safe beauty HERE!

A little goes a long way and your skin will thank you later! This lovely Purifying Charcoal Mask if worth the investment as you can treat yourself in the comforts of your own home but at spa level status without all the extra cost!

I like to follow up the charcoal mask with a spritz of Nourishing Rosewater Mist for the ultimate spa treatment!
